I received the hair in 3 days. Their hair shocked me. The hair is very silky with no tangles. True to length and is a natural color. The knots need to be bleached, but the lace is already tinted. I washed one bundle to compare the textures to my surprise it looks exactly the same. There was no shedding when I washed the hair. After washing it I didi some silk infusion to lightly hydrate the hair. I haven't tried curling the hair. I will order again. (Posted on 3/7/2019)Quality Quality Service Service Shipping Shipping
